Rachel Diamond, M.S.

Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, Life Coach

Rachel enjoys working with clients across the lifespan and is particularly passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life transitions, identity development, and relationships. She works with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges, strengthen communication, and build meaningful connections. Rachel has experience addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and grief, while helping clients explore how their experiences, beliefs, and relationships influence their lives.

Rachel takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, recognizing the importance of each client’s unique experiences and the influence of family dynamics and interpersonal relationships. She is particularly interested in helping clients develop greater self-awareness, establish healthy boundaries, build self-esteem, and foster healthier relationship patterns.

Drawing from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and experiential activities, Rachel helps clients identify patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, explore new perspectives, and recognize opportunities for personal growth.

With a systemic perspective, Rachel creates a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Her goal is to empower clients to gain deeper insight into themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
