Dalia specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and executive functioning struggles. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and their families in a variety of settings, having spent four years in the school system providing behavioral coaching, as well as teaching Social Emotional Learning to lower and middle school students.

In addition, Dalia has experience leading social-emotional groups for children of all ages, helping them develop skills in emotional awareness and regulation, executive functioning, social skills, problem-solving, and positive relationship-building. Her clinical work incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each child or teen's individual needs.

Dalia also works closely with parents and caregivers through parent coaching, helping families better understand their child's needs, strengthen communication and connection, establish effective routines and expectations, and develop strategies for navigating challenging behaviors and emotional dysregulation. She believes that supporting the child also means supporting the family system around them.

Additionally, Dalia is a certified Biodecoding Coach. Biodecoding is a complementary approach that explores the relationship between emotional experiences, personal history, and an individual's overall well-being. Dalia incorporates this training as an additional perspective when appropriate.

One of her greatest passions is helping others reach their full potential and find a state of equilibrium in the relationship(s) with themselves and others. Dalia takes a collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized approach to therapy, creating a supportive environment where children, teens, and adults can better understand themselves, build confidence, develop meaningful coping skills, and navigate life's challenges.
