She often works with clients who are struggling with Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Anger Management, Eating Disorders, Sexuality, Phobias, Relationship/Marriage Difficulties, Divorce, the Blending of Families, Parenting, Child Behavior, ADHD, ASD, and ODD. Alexa welcomes a collaborative approach to therapy, frequently consulting with other professionals, to ensure the best all-around care for her clients. She and Brenna Sadkin, Fresh Start Life Solutions co-owner and co-founder, often give talks/workshops to local schools on the relationship between children's behavior in school and their family dynamics, providing teachers, as well as administration, with tools and techniques they can utilize to make their schools and classrooms more positive and effective learning environments for all children. Alexa encourages the utilization of experiential therapies, such as equine therapy (groundwork and riding), art therapy, and walk-and-talk therapy, in her practice, as a way to provide her clients with an added "boost" to the services they are already receiving.
